Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that appointments, meetings, and workflows are seamlessly coordinated. Your proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills will help maintain a smooth and efficient schedule across multiple departments. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating schedules using HHAeXchange. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist with office management tasks including clerical duties such as proofreading documents, organizing files, etc. Handle administrative responsibilities like scheduling follow-ups, managing calendar changes, HR related tasks. EVV oversight and management - daily. Experience Previous office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and HHA. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively. Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is essential for success in this role. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and managing schedules accurately. Excellent customer service skills complemented by proper phone etiquette and professionalism at all times.
