Job Description

Accurate Recycling Corporation is a family-owned waste hauling and recycling company that has been serving the region for more than 50 years. We are continuing to grow and are looking for the right person to become an important part of our operations team. This is not simply a clerical or receptionist position. This role is one of the primary points of contact for our customers and plays an important part in the daily coordination of our waste hauling and recycling operations. The right candidate will be professional, dependable, organized, able to think critically, and capable of learning quickly in a fast-paced environment. We operate out of a clean, comfortable office with heat, air conditioning, and kitchen facilities alongside a friendly and experienced team of industry professionals. We value teamwork, accountability, strong communication, and exceptional customer service, and we are looking for someone who wants to become part of a dependable long-term team environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Operating truck scale for inbound and outbound loads Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers Scheduling and selling dumpster rental services Entering operational data accurately into company software systems Learning and utilizing industry-specific software systems Routing calls and communicating with drivers, customers, and office staff Receiving and distributing mail and handling general office responsibilities Assisting with day-to-day operational and customer service tasks
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills Professional and confident phone presence Ability to speak clearly and communicate efficiently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and accountable Team-oriented with a positive attitude Comfortable learning new systems and procedures quickly Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word This position is best suited for someone looking for a long-term role within a growing company and who takes pride in being dependable and providing excellent service every day.
