Truckload Operations & Carrier Development Coordinator

Position Overview We are seeking a Truckload Operations & Carrier Development Coordinator to support the growth of our domestic freight operations. This role combines carrier relationship development and day-to-day truckload coordination . You will work directly with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to help expand capacity, manage shipments, and ensure efficient execution of domestic freight. This is an on-site role based in Lititz, Pennsylvania . What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day Communicating with carriers and customers throughout the day Coordinating pickup and delivery schedules for truckload shipments Tracking loads and ensuring on-time performance Resolving issues quickly and keeping shipments moving Managing multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with truckload carriers, with a focus on dry van and flatbed capacity Expand PNG Worldwide's carrier network through outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building Coordinate domestic freight shipments between carriers, customers, and internal teams Assist with load coverage, tracking, and issue resolution Communicate with carriers and drivers to ensure timely pickup and delivery Utilize internal transportation management systems to manage loads and maintain accurate records Support pricing decisions and carrier selection for shipments Work closely with the operations team to improve efficiency and service Qualifications Experience in trucking operations, dispatch, freight brokerage, or logistics coordination is strongly preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with carriers, drivers, and customers Ability to build relationships and maintain trust with partners Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment Interest in growing within logistics and transportation Important Notes This is not a remote role .
