Job Description

Join our team as a Scheduler and play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient patient experience. In this position, you will coordinate schedules, support patient flow, and help keep appointments running on time. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with rotating 8-hour shifts and no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements. Occasional travel to the hospital may be needed to support operations. Our team is known for its strong collaboration, communication, and mutual respect across all modalities. Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate outpatient procedures in the Radiology/Cardiology Information System, which includes obtaining insurance information and explaining preparations for procedures. obtaining insurance information and explaining preparations for procedures. Provide excellence in customer service for patients, fellow staff, physicians and their office staff and other departments. Provide rotational reception duties to include greeting patients, answering additional phones and obtaining prescriptions for procedures when needed. Utilize the RIS effectively and accurately. High School graduate required. Healthcare background and some knowledge of medical terminology required. Customer service skills required. Basic computer skills required. Ability to work on the phone and with a computer for 8 hour shifts required.
