HR Operations Coordinator Job Summary:
The HR Operations Coordinator will support HR and general office operations and keep our office running like clockwork. You'll keep our employee records organized, make sure payroll is processed accurately and on time, and create a warm and welcoming environment for our employees and guests. This role requires full time in office presence.What You'll Do :
Maintain employee records, create documentation and process changes related to hiring, promotions, compensation changes, benefit elections and terminations. Assist with the recruiting process including posting jobs, scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding tasks. Process bi-weekly and off cycle pay runs. Reconcile monthly benefit invoices. Post news and other content to the company intranet. Send employee reminders of company policies and respond to employee inquiries. You'll provide support to the Activities (aka Fun!) Committee and have an active role in organizing the activities that create an exceptional workplace environment for Team Mishi. Oversee the kitchen, vending and breakroom areas keeping them well maintained and supplied. Other duties as assigned.Your Creds:
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field. Work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. Proficiency in Excel, including creating and maintaining spreadsheets, using basic formulas, formatting and organizing data.Extra Credit:

Normal office environment, with typical Mon-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm office schedule. Occasional early arrival for event setup or evening or weekend availability for team outings or events may be required. Occasional lifting including restocking supplies and interoffice deliveries.
