Job DescriptionThe Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely posted schedules and rotations for gaming floor employees. This individual will support the Operations Manager and Senior Team Managers with all matters surrounding operational employee scheduling and assist with other projects for the operational leadership team as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Create shift rotation and ensure break distribution for Game Presenters and Shufflers in accordance to policyManage Game Presenters and Shufflers absences to include scheduling updates, incident ticketing, and payroll adjustmentsOrganize Game Presenters and Shufflers shift schedules and replacements as necessary based on business needsAllocate Game Presenters and Shufflers to different teams upon requestCooperate with Team Managers, Evolution Academy, Service Managers and other departmentsMaintain staffing related KPI'sCalculating and assembling Operations related statistics and reportsAdministering and tracking operations related projects as assigned.
