Role:

As a CBRE Account Operations Coordinator, you will execute basic operational processes for work order management and service partner follow-up. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite and 2 days remote) that can be filled in Cedar Rapids, IA; New Albany, OH, or Phoenix, AZ.

What You'll Do:

Work with customers, service providers, and employees performing routine and non-routine activities. Assist small to medium clients to achieve objectives. This includes coordinating processes, controls, cost, information, communications, and quality. Resolve maintenance repair work orders in a timely manner. Assist with dispatching, scheduling, and post-service activities. Attend periodic weekly calls with clients to review the status of projects and work orders. Work with internal groups to communicate customer requirements and resolve any challenges, issues, or new opportunities. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
