Agency Licensing Coordinator 2650 Warrenville Road, Downers Grove, IL 60515 Hybrid work From $50,000 a year

  • Full-time Overview In this role you will administer all aspects of the onboarding process and life cycle for new affiliates joining ASNOA.
You will have a direct impact on an affiliate's ability to quote and bind products for various insurance carriers. You will join a team of 10 colleagues and report directly to Steve. Responsibilities Ø Manage onboarding of affiliates and relationships to carriers. Ø Develop rapport with affiliates Ø Oversee carrier appointment submissions from end to end Ø Coordinate internally amongst our Agency Services and internal/external stakeholders Ø Maintain an appointed status with all affiliates (licensing, compliance, and appointments) Ø Complete workload timely within SLAs Ø Define process improvements Experience Ø Proficiency in MS Office Ø 3+ years in insurance (personal and commercial lines preferred) Ø 3+ years in corporate operations Ø Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating between team members, departments, and external stakeholders Ø Experience in meeting deadlines and handling urgent requests Ø Strong work ethic, well organized, and technology savvy
