Full Job Description Job Description:
Appointment Scheduler Join the winning team at Corwin Automotive of Springfield! We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill a full-time position. This dynamic role offers a variety of responsibilities, ensuring each day is engaging and provides an excellent opportunity to start or advance your career.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday) $15/hr, with additional incentives
Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduler:
Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide assistance Assess customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate appointment records Ensure customer information is up-to-date and correct Collaborate with the Business Development Center team to support customer needs A basic understanding of mechanical technology is helpful, but not required Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person
Qualifications:
Background in customer service is prefered. High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are a must Must be willing to undergo background checks and drug screening
