Water Appointment Setter Location:
Remote. Open to international candidates (must be able to work Eastern Time hours) Opening Doors to Better Design Partnerships Wood + Water is a Raleigh-based kitchen and bath design studio specializing in cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, appliances, and design support. We work with homeowners, builders, architects, designers, and trade partners to bring kitchen and bath projects to life. We are growing our referral network and looking for a confident communicator to help start meaningful conversations. We are looking for an Appointment Setter to help connect Wood + Water with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and potential referral partners. This role is focused on outbound calls, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and relationship-building. You will introduce the company, qualify opportunities, track conversations, and help schedule meetings or discovery calls. The right candidate is comfortable speaking with people, working in a high-volume outreach environment, following a process, and staying consistent. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to architects, designers, builders, contractors, and prospective partners. Introduce Wood + Water and explain how the company can support kitchen and bath projects. Set appointments, discovery calls, or follow-up conversations. Research and organize lead lists. Maintain accurate notes on calls, outcomes, follow-ups, and next steps. Follow up by phone, email, or message as needed. Use scripts and improve messaging based on results. Track daily activity and report progress clearly. Represent Wood + Water professionally and confidently. Qualifications Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, sales support, lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role. Excellent spoken English communication skills. Comfortable making frequent outbound calls. Able to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude. Organized and consistent with follow-up. Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and call tracking tools. Available during Eastern Time business hours. Experience with B2B appointment setting is a plus. Experience calling architects, designers, builders, contractors, remodelers, real estate professionals, or home service businesses is a plus. Familiarity with kitchen, bath, remodeling, cabinetry, design, or construction industries is a plus. Pay and Benefits Hours may be full-time or part-time, depending on workload. Competitive pay based on experience. Includes performance-based bonuses for booked/qualified appointments This is a 1099/contractor role; no employee benefits are provided.
