Your primary mission is to bridge the gap between digital/lead outreach and the in-store experience. You won't just be making calls; you'll be building the initial rapport that brings customers through our doors. ​If you are a professional communicator who thrives on the phone and knows how to turn a "maybe" into a scheduled appointment, we want to hear from you. ​ Key Responsibilities ​

Outbound Outreach:

Execute high-volume outbound calls to existing and potential customers. ​

Lead Follow-up:

Rapidly respond to inquiries and follow up with customers who have expressed interest in Verizon products or services. ​

Appointment Setting:

Persuasively communicate the value of an in-store consultation and manage the store's calendar to ensure a steady flow of traffic. ​

Customer Relationship Management:

Accurately log call results and update customer information in our tracking system. ​

Goal Achievement:

Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for outbound calls and confirmed in-store appointments. ​ Requirements ​

Experience:

Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is required. ​

Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly phone presence. ​

Resilience:

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable navigating CRM software and scheduling tools. ​
