Asset Administration, Operations Specialist Location:

This position is remote in Denver, CO.

The Role:

Contractor, 1099. ( $21/hr-$24/hr

DOE, M-F, 8

hours a day)

Responsibilities:

Review and update client account information including, but not limited to, monthly valuation data, LLC dissolutions, and assets in receivership. Identify and assess client's submissions to achieve compliant results. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in accordance with company procedures. Maintain records of client submissions, process client requests and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and departmental policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization

Requirements:

Knowledge and understanding of IRS Regulations for retirement accounts & qualified plans Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Ability to identify process improvements and efficiencies, strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated and resourceful.
