We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating projects, building relationships, and helping a growing business succeed. Position Summary The Operations Specialist serves as a key member of the operations team and works directly with company leadership to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations. Responsibilities include onboarding new properties, communicating with homeowners, coordinating laundry operations, procuring supplies, supporting special projects, and assisting leadership with a variety of operational initiatives. No two days are the same. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish. What You'll DoProperty Onboarding Coordinate all aspects of onboarding new vacation rental properties. Collect and organize required documentation and property information. Coordinate inspections, photography, inventory setup, and launch readiness. Track onboarding progress and communicate updates to homeowners and internal teams. Ensure new properties are operationally ready for guests. Homeowner Communications Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners regarding operational matters. Provide updates regarding onboarding, maintenance, projects, and property performance. Build strong relationships through timely and professional communication. Assist in resolving homeowner concerns and coordinating solutions. Laundry Operations Coordination Build and maintain schedules for laundry staff. Coordinate workflow to support cleaning and inspection schedules. Monitor staffing needs and adjust schedules as necessary. Help ensure operational efficiency during peak occupancy periods. Procurement & Inventory Management Purchase linens, guest amenities, supplies, and operational equipment. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment. Source vendors and obtain pricing when needed. Help maintain cost-effective purchasing practices. Executive & Ownership Support Serve as a trusted operational resource for company ownership and leadership. Manage special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure company objectives are achieved efficiently. Assist in resolving operational challenges and implementing solutions. Provide support across departments as needed to advance business goals and improve organizational effectiveness. Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a willingness to take ownership of diverse responsibilities that contribute to the overall success, growth, and efficiency of the organization. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in operations, hospitality, property management, customer service, or administrative support. Experience coordinating schedules, vendors, projects, or logistics. Familiarity with vacation rentals, hospitality, or service-based businesses. Compensation & Employment Terms Bi-weekly salary of $1,730.77-$2,307.69 , based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability. Equivalent to an annualized salary range of $45,000-$60,000 . Paid on a bi-weekly payroll schedule . Position is initially offered on a seasonal basis , with the potential for extension or transition to year-round employment based on business needs, company growth, and employee performance.
Please Note:
Because this position is seasonal, total earnings will depend on the duration of employment during the season. The annualized salary range is provided for comparison purposes only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of year-round employment. Two-Week Mutual Evaluation Period All new hires will begin with a two-week probationary period . This period allows both the employee and the company to evaluate whether the role is a strong mutual fit. During this time, expectations, responsibilities, communication styles, performance standards, and overall compatibility with the position will be assessed. At the conclusion of the two-week period, both the employee and hiring manager will discuss continuation of employment and determine whether the position is a good long-term fit for both parties.
