We are currently looking for a Client Success & Service Operations Associate . This is a 90% remote position (for residents of Clarksville/Nashville) designed for a high-integrity, organized individual who wants to be the "heart" of our daily operations. Responsibilities (percentages may vary) Service Logistics & Priority (20%): You are the air traffic controller for our techs. You'll help coordinate their projects, meet with them frequently to help prioritize their queues, and ensure they are focused on the most impactful tasks. Relationship Management (20%): Proactive "temperature checks" with our clients to ensure they feel cared for, that we are meeting their standards, and that they understand our standards. Client Advocacy & Renewals (20%): You'll manage licensing renewals and equipment purchasing.

We do not offer inside sales commissions. We believe sales should always be in the client's best interest, not the employee's personal motive. You are here to ensure our clients have what they need to stay successful while reducing their spend, period. Primary Dispatch (20%): You are the first voice our clients hear. You'll receive inbound calls and emails, prioritize the need, and ensure a "warm hand-off" to a technician. Support & Executive Overflow (20%): You'll be the "right hand" to the CEO and the technical team, taking on support tasks and administrative needs to keep our engine running.Qualifications High-EQ De-escalator:

While this is a 90% remote role, this role occasionally requires a personal touch. We meet in person with one another or with clients, and value having a local team who can provide in-person support as needed. Why is the starting range $35k-$42k? Because we are looking for someone with the right character who wants to grow with us. We offer yearly raises based on performance and we are developing a Company Profit Sharing Plan . We want you to be invested in the success of the whole company, not just a monthly sales target. Why no commission for inside sales? Because "hard-selling" is against our DNA. We believe renewals and new products should always be in the client's best interest, not the employee's personal motive. We want our clients to trust our advice implicitly, and by removing commissions, we ensure our team is always motivated by the client's best interest. But what if I love to sell? If you are a stellar salesperson with a "hunter" instinct, we are absolutely open to discussing commissions for new business (outside sales) . While this role is primarily focused on client success and operations, if you excel at bringing in new accounts, we will happily reward that growth—and eventually, we can transition you into a dedicated sales role and hire a new "you" to handle the operations.
