Job Description

Work Schedule:
100%, day shift working Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. You will work at Science Dr Medical Center, Deming Way Clinic, University Hospital, and East Terrace Dr Medical Center in Madison, WI. This is a hybrid position working one day per week on-site after the training period. Training will be fully on-site for one month. Our goal is to deliver remarkable health care to kids every day. We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: Support clinical operations in the Pediatric Specialty Clinics. Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling. Coordinate administrative aspects of the team with reports, policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools. Purchase supplies, materials, services or equipment. Provide leadership support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, and take meeting minutes. Develop, maintain, and support administrative and clinical templates, tools, and tracking documents and clinical staff scheduling.
