Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 Update schedules regularly with input from project teams and field staff Help ensure schedule logic, durations, and milestones are accurate and up to date Support daily and weekly schedule updates with field teams and subcontractors Track progress against the project schedule and report variances Participate in schedule review and coordination meetings Assist in tracking labor, equipment, and material usage in alignment with the schedule Help identify potential resource constraints or conflicts Prepare basic reports, including weekly look-ahead schedules and progress updates Support senior schedulers with schedule analysis and documentation Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and field staff Support coordination of project phasing in an active airport environment Maintain accurate records of schedule updates and supporting documentation Ensure data is organized and compliant with project requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordination Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to learn and develop scheduling expertise Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or airport projects is a plus Basic understanding of construction processes and sequencing A bit about us:
