- Until Dec 2026 (With potential of extension) About the Team The Global Brand & Marketing team is responsible for developing and producing global events, films, branding initiatives, content strategy.
The team's mission is to create world-class programs and experiences that strengthen brand, delight customers, and support employees worldwide. Coordinator plays a key role in delivering memorable brand experiences through merchandise, customer engagement, internal programs, and event support. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented to support day-to-day operations for merchandise and swag programs. This role will work closely with Shop Program Managers, internal stakeholders, vendors, procurement teams, and agency partners to coordinate customer requests, order fulfillment, inventory management, and operational processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Customer & Order Operations Manage day-to-day internal customer (employee) merchandise requests and inquiries Coordinate order placement, fulfillment tracking, shipping updates, and issue resolution Ensure timely processing of requests within defined service-level agreements (SLAs) Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive stakeholder experiences Vendor & Agency Coordination Partner with external vendors, fulfillment agencies, and procurement teams Monitor purchasing and production timelines Resolve shipping, fulfillment, and inventory discrepancies Track project progress and ensure alignment across stakeholders Program & Process Management Maintain operational reports, calendars, trackers, and status updates Manage documentation including playbooks, templates, process guides, and release checklists Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements Research root causes of operational issues and recommend corrective actions Inventory & Event Support Manage and organize branded merchandise inventory at the San Francisco office Support merchandise preparation and logistics for events and special programs Assist with planning and coordination of onsite brand and Shop experiences Maintain inventory accuracy and storage organization Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in operations, customer service, project coordination, logistics, or related fields Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments Demonstrated problem-solving and process improvement experience Experience working with remote collaboration tools such as Slack and Microsoft 365 Ability to work independently and proactively follow through on tasks Physical ability to lift and manage inventory up to 35 lbs Preferred Qualifications Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms Familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa or Ironclad Experience supporting events, merchandise, or fulfillment operations Retail or customer-facing operational experience Familiarity with developer-focused organizations Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is: Customer-obsessed and service-oriented Highly organized and process-driven Adaptable and resourceful Comfortable managing operational details and ambiguity Collaborative with a positive, team-first attitude Motivated by improving systems and customer experiences Why Join This Team?
