Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for providing operational and customer service support for a variety of banking operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  • Processing and/ reviewing OAO (Online Account Opening)
  • Processing and/or reviewing Chargeback items
  • Processing and/or reviewing Verifications of Deposits
  • Review and balance internal department accounts
  • Maintenance of customer and/or employee records
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Responsible for reviewing various department reports and identifying/resolving issues
  • Asset Verifications, Social Security Verifications
  • Processing mail-in deposits
  • Processing /Distributing Emailed mail
  • Responsible for opening online accounts
  • Responsible for processing CRM events
  • Verification of Deposits
  • Process ATM File
  • Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1-2 years of related experience is required.
