Job Description

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for an Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to act as the "air traffic control" for our office and fulfillment center. This is a hybrid role for a sharp, assertive operator. You will handle the digital side of operations (managing order flow, printing labels, placing purchase orders, and handling customer service) while serving as the primary bridge to our physical operation—tracking and monitoring the daily output of our warehouse personnel to ensure efficiency. This job is for you if: You are hyper-organized, naturally spot inefficiencies, enjoy holding workflows accountable, and love the fast-paced puzzle of logistics. This job is NOT for you if: You want a quiet, isolated desk job, dislike confronting bottlenecks, or wait to be told what to do next. Your Daily Objectives (What You'll Do) Own the
Order Flow:
Keep our e-commerce dashboard clean. Process orders, print accurate product/shipping labels, and ensure there is no delays between a customer clicking "buy" and the warehouse getting the slip.
Drive Warehouse Productivity:
Track, monitor, and log the daily output of warehouse personnel. Ensure the packing team is hitting velocity goals and that floor staff are working efficiently without wasted motion.
Solve Customer Problems:
Field inbound support requests. If a package is lost or an order is wrong, you don't just apologize—you fix it on the spot and figure out why it happened to prevent it from happening again. Manage the
Supply Chain:
Monitor inventory thresholds and proactively place purchase orders with vendors so we never experience a stockout on critical materials. Trim the
Fat:
Constantly look for wasted steps in our office setup, label printing, or warehouse handoffs. If you see a bottleneck, you have the autonomy to fix it. What "Winning" Looks Like (Success Metrics)
Accuracy:
Maintaining a near-zero error rate on outbound order flow and purchase orders.
Velocity:
Ensuring 100% of daily orders are processed and labeled ahead of carrier pickup times.
Accountability:
Keeping a reliable, daily log of warehouse personnel output and identifying floor bottlenecks before they cause shipping delays. Requirements Tech-fluent. Comfortable creating CRM applications and spreadsheets. High organizational
IQ:
You genuinely enjoy organizing physical spaces and digital workflows.
Assertive communication:
Comfortable working closely with warehouse staff, setting expectations, and tracking production data.
Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Benefits:
