Entry Level Operations Associate

Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate to support an organization in the financial services and insurance industry for a permanent hybrid role based in Durham, NC . The Operations Associate will assist and support the Operations team with client relations and queries, as well as be a resource of support for teammates and leadership. Responsibilities of the Operations Associate role include:

• Managing all communications in a respectable and professional manner with clients when it comes to service and needs.
• Processing contract withdrawals, surrenders, ownership & beneficiary changes
• Responding in a quick and efficient manner when a client issue arises
• Maintain and improve client relations
• Supporting teammates and leadership to foster a collaborative environment
• Maintain knowledge of all products, explain to clients benefits of the products Qualifications for the Operations Associate role include:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Communications, Psychology, History or relevant major.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team collaborative environment with a positive attitude. Compensation for the Operations Associate role includes:

Salary:

$41,600 - $45,000 per year USD
