This position is onsite 5 days a week, with the potential for a hybrid work schedule in the future. This position will report to the Manager of Financial Operations.

Responsibilities for this role include:

Process high volumes of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency Provide volume metrics and aging updates during weekly management reviews Collaborate closely with Operations and Finance teams to support business needs Track aging items and escalate when necessary to drive resolution Review and validate supporting documentation to ensure completeness and data integrity Run and distribute daily workflow and operational reports Qualifications for this role include: 1+ years of Accounting or Finance experience Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, xlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
