Job Description
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities Deliver FMS services in compliance with state and federal regulations Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Minnesota self-directed services Respond to calls and emails within one business day Process documentation accurately and within established timelines Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve processes Maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer serviceWhat You'll Work On:
Budget & Vendor Support Enter and manage participant budgets Process invoices, reimbursements, and payments Maintain accurate participant, employee, and vendor records Track spending and ensure alignment with approved budgets Intake & Enrollment Support onboarding for participants and employees Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant Guide employees through onboarding and system setup Coordinate background checks, enrollment steps, and required notices Quality Assurance & Compliance Verify eligibility and monitor ongoing compliance Conduct monthly audits and resolve discrepancies Review budgets, payroll, and financial activity for accuracy Support reporting and ensure adherence to FMS regulations Project Support Assist with system updates, testing, and implementation Manage high-volume data entry with strong accuracy Track progress and communicate updates to the teamWhat You Bring:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfort working with data, systems, and problem-solving Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel experience preferred)Preferred:
Experience with data entry or database systems Experience in human services or supporting individuals with disabilities College degreeWork Environment:
