Home Care Scheduler (Part-time)

Position:

Part-Time Scheduler (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Location:

Havertown, PA 19083 We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Weekend On-Call Scheduler to handle urgent caregiver call-outs and client needs on Saturdays and Sundays. This is an on-call, emergency-based role —no requirement to remain logged in or seated for continuous hours. The scheduler must be responsive and available to address issues as soon as a call or message is received .

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to weekend emergency calls from caregivers and clients Manage last-minute call-offs, no-shows, and urgent schedule changes Coordinate replacement caregivers to ensure uninterrupted client care Communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and families Update schedules and document changes in the scheduling system (AxisCare experience a plus) Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary

Compensation:

$75 per day (Saturday or Sunday) $150 per weekend $300 bi-weekly Paid training provided during regular office days

Qualifications:

Experience in home care scheduling or caregiving preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, responsive, and able to handle urgent situations independently Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software quickly
