Duration:
9+ months (contract extension possible based on performance) We're looking for an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to support the operational delivery of enterprise learning programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating training initiatives, managing learning systems, and delivering a seamless learner experience in a collaborative environment. About the Role As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you'll support the end?to?end coordination of learning programs across the organization. You'll work closely with the Talent Development team and external learning vendors to ensure smooth execution of both virtual and in?person training events. This is a highly organized, detail?oriented role with exposure to enterprise?level learning operations and systems. What You'll Do Coordinate logistics for enterprise learning and development programs Manage LMS setup, learning events, enrollments, and course tracking Schedule calendars, assign pre?work, and distribute learning materials Track attendance, completions, and assessments for training programs Serve as first?line support for learner inquiries via shared email inboxes and Microsoft Teams Maintain organized learning documentation and repositories (Point or similar platforms) Partner with the Cornerstone LMS Administrator to support system readiness and global program rollouts Produce accurate reports on attendance, completions, and evaluations for stakeholders Identify and escalate delivery risks, system issues, or operational concerns Provide backup support for other enterprise learning programs during peak periods or team absences What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in learning coordination, training operations, or program support Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Cornerstone Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel Experience supporting learning programs in a global or multi?location environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ????
