• Patient Scheduling Specialist
• Overview
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Patient Scheduling Specialist to support the coordination of specialty and primary care procedures. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on patient experiences while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• Schedule appointments for specialty and primary care procedures with accuracy and efficiency
• Adhere to and reinforce established scheduling policies and protocols
• Provide clear and timely communication to patients regarding appointment details
• Maintain and audit electronic patient records, ensuring documentation is complete and entered promptly
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, team members, and leadership on a daily basis
• Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with data entry and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability and flexibility, including willingness to support different departments as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized under pressure

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
