Position Overview We are hiring a Scheduler / Customer Service Coordinator to support our mobile/salon grooming operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people. What We Offer Family-oriented work environment Work-from-home to start Opportunity to grow into an office position Stable W-2 employment Supportive and organized team Work Environment & Training Initial training will take place in a home office setting to ensure hands-on guidance and proper onboarding After training, the position will transition to a remote (work-from-home) role As the company continues to grow, this role will move into a dedicated office space in the local area This position is expected to grow into a long-term office-based role Key Responsibilities Schedule and manage daily grooming appointments Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email Optimize routes for mobile groomers using Google Maps or similar tools Maintain accurate client records and notes Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and special requests Support daily operations and ensure smooth scheduling flow Requirements Bilingual (English & Spanish) - REQUIRED Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using maps and basic computer tools Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Reliable, responsible, and punctual Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or customer service Familiarity with dog breeds or grooming services Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced environments Compensation $18-$20 per hour (based on experience) W-2 Employee Job Details Full-time or Part-time Day shift
