Pay:
$15/hour (Part-Time | 20 Hours/Week) Potential for Full-Time based on performance Position Overview NSEW Security is hiring an Office Operations Assistant to support the owner and field supervisors with daily operations, scheduling accuracy, and client communication. This position plays a key role in keeping the business organized and running efficiently. Most of your work will be done independently, so reliability and attention to detail are critical. Schedule Options (Choose One) Monday
  • Friday (20 hours/week) 7:00 AM
  • 11:00 AM 8:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM 9:00 AM
  • 1:00 PM This is an in-office position.
Remote work is not available. Primary Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from clients and potential customers Relay important information quickly and accurately to the owner Work directly with field supervisors to confirm schedules and coverage Compare scheduled shifts vs. actual time worked for accuracy Identify and report discrepancies in scheduling, time, or billing Assist with monthly invoicing and recordkeeping Maintain organized logs of communication and updates Support day-to-day operational needs of the company What Success Looks Like in This Role The owner and supervisors stay informed without having to chase information Scheduling errors and time discrepancies are caught early Calls are handled professionally and never fall through the cracks Office operations stay organized without constant oversight What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (especially on the phone) High attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated and able to work independently for most of the shift Organized and dependable Comfortable speaking up when something doesn't add up Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, data entry) Preferred (Not Required) Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or administrative work Experience in service-based or operations-driven environments Important Notes About This Role Most hours will be worked independently without direct supervision This role is focused on supporting—not managing—the team This is not a low-effort desk job; attention and follow-through are required Growth Opportunity This position can grow into a full-time role with expanded responsibilities based on performance and reliability.
