We work with several apartment communities and handle full unit turns, including painting, tub resurfacing, cleaning, carpet shampooing, drywall and texture repairs, general repairs, and maintenance services. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, responsive, professional, and able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organization skills are extremely important for this position. Having basic knowledge or prior experience with painting, drywall/texture repairs, apartment turns, or general maintenance services is highly preferred so you can better understand our day to day operations and communicate effectively with crews and clients. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and text messages Coordinate scheduling and approvals Communicate with property managers and employees Organize receipts and material costs for invoicing Enter and track expenses Help keep projects, communication, and daily operations organized Follow up on pending items and scheduling updates Maintain professionalism and responsiveness with clients and staff Translate and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and stay proactive Comfortable managing ongoing communication with clients, vendors, & staff Detail oriented and dependable Basic computer skills required (email, spreadsheets, scheduling systems, etc.) Basic knowledge or prior experience with painting, drywall/texture repairs, apartment turns, or property maintenance preferred Previous administrative/office experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person What We Offer Hybrid/remote flexibility Company phone and laptop provided Paid holidays Performance bonuses Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with the company
