We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the administrative engine of our wealth management practice. In this role, you'll partner with our advisors to create seamless client onboarding experiences, set up new accounts, and keep client files flawless and compliant. This position is based in Des Moines, IA. A hybrid work schedule is available, with a mix of in-office and remote work to support collaboration, flexibility, and business needs.

What You'll Do:
Drive Client Onboarding & Account Execution Properly establish new client financial accounts by preparing and submitting all required documentation. Review paperwork for absolute completeness and accuracy to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Prepare essential forms and materials for client meetings, ensuring advisors have real-time, accurate data. Submit and track all required account documentation, actively following through to successful completion. Maintain Compliance & Data Integrity Create and maintain new customer files that are highly organized and fully compliant with industry regulations. Prepare required ongoing operational forms related to the maintenance of existing client accounts. Leverage internal systems to maintain secure, consistent, and high-quality documentation controls across all workflows. Deliver Service Excellence Resolve internal and external customer inquiries with clarity, speed, and professionalism. Maintain strict team standards as set out in our Service Level Agreement (SLA) timing and performance commitments. Provide top-tier customer service to all internal team members and external client contacts. What's in it for you? Compensation:
The anticipated wage for this position is $21-$28 per hour, based on your level of experience and technical expertise.
Requirements:
Associate's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Exceptional organizational and time management skills; the ability to identify, prioritize, and follow through with team tasks and client needs. Strong attention to detail with the proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under strict deadlines. A proactive problem solver and reliable team player with professional oral and written communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in an office environment. Work on a computer for long durations. Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
