Check out our website to learn more: https://www.3dmoney.com/ Role Overview The Operations Associate supports the Operations Manager by executing and maintaining processes related to investor contributions/investments, documentation management, compliance tracking, and accounting coordination. This role is primarily focused on backend operation and process execution. The Operations Associate plays an essential role in ensuring that investment documentation, transaction processing, and compliance workflows are handled accurately and efficiently. While the Client Services Manager and Investor Relations team serve as the primary point of contact for investors and advisors, the Operations Associate may occasionally communicate with investors or custodians when gathering documentation or assisting with administrative tasks related to investment processing. This position is responsible for maintaining operational accuracy, supporting internal workflows, and ensuring that operational procedures are followed consistently across the organization. Day to Day Responsibilities Working within CRM and reporting systems while supporting overall operations, workflows, and cross-team communication Manage and process investment documentation, ensuring accuracy of completion, and proper recordkeeping Track investor activity, including funding, offering capacity, and redemption requests Support qualified account investments by coordinating documentation and custodian communications Assist with compliance tasks, including regulatory filings, and maintaining audit-ready records Coordinate with accounting to track incoming funds and resolve discrepancies Prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and working effectively in fast-paced and time sensitive situations Support in special operational projects or other duties as assigned to support company and business needs

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, operations, financial services, or an administrative detail-oriented role Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs, excel, and document management systems Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal) Basic understanding of financial concepts or willingness to learn investment processes quickly
