Job Description
Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and support a team of Operations Associates within a fast-paced, service-driven industry. The Operations Manager role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong people management skills, process optimization experience, and the ability to drive operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities of the
Operations Manager:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operations Associates to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Oversee day-to-day operational workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to service-level agreements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable operational best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including leadership, finance, and client-facing partners to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Operations Manager:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a people management or team lead role.
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop operational teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment and managing both in-office and remote team members.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Compensation for the Operations Manager includes:
- Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
