Pay:

$14-$18 per hour (based on experience) We are NOT looking for someone to just do tasks. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role and help run the school. Mount Pleasant Dental Assistant School is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused individual to join our team in a part-time hybrid role with strong growth potential into a full-time leadership position. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in operations, admissions, and business growth within the healthcare education field.

Responsibilities:

Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email Assist with enrolling new students into the program Support admissions and onboarding processes Coordinate and assist with marketing efforts (social media, outreach, events) Attend local events, schools, and career fairs (some weekends required) Perform administrative tasks (data entry, scheduling, organization) Help improve systems and keep daily operations running smoothly Communicate directly with leadership and assist with executing key initiatives

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (comfortable speaking on the phone is required) Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently Basic computer skills (Google Drive, email, spreadsheets, etc.) Willingness to learn sales, marketing, and operations Must have a personal laptop and reliable transportation Must be able to work both in-person and remotely (hybrid schedule) Preferred (Not Required): Experience in sales, customer service, or admissions Experience with social media or marketing Experience in healthcare or education

Schedule & Work Environment:

Part-time (15-25 hours per week) Hybrid role (in-person + remote work) Some Saturdays required (class days and events)
