From our signature tungsten carbide trimming tools to our modular handle systems, we focus on blending form, function, and durability. We're looking for someone organized, friendly, and detail-oriented to help keep our office and communications running smoothly. The Role As our Operations & Support Specialist, you'll be the "heart of the office." You'll be the first point of contact for our customers while ensuring our physical inventory and supplies are always ready for action. This is a hybrid role that mixes digital communication with hands-on office management.

Key Responsibilities Customer & Community Support:

Manage the main office inbox and answer incoming calls with a helpful, friendly tone. Engage with our community by responding to messages on socials.

Inventory & Restocking:

Keep a sharp eye on our product stock levels through regular counting and organization. Help with restocking tasks to ensure orders go out on time.

Office & Studio Logistics:

Monitor office and studio supplies (shipping materials, stationery, etc.). Communicate what's running low so we can stay ahead of reordering.

What We're Looking For A Natural Communicator:

You enjoy talking to people and can represent Tortuga Tools with a casual, helpful, and professional voice.

Detail-Oriented:

You're the type of person who notices when we're down to the last roll of tape or if an inventory count feels "off."

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable navigating Gmail, Instagram, and basic inventory/spreadsheet software.

Reliable & Proactive:

You take ownership of your tasks and aren't afraid to suggest a better way to organize things. Pottery Knowledge (A Plus!): If you know your way around a pottery wheel or a kiln, that's a huge bonus, but we're happy to train the right person. Why Join Us? Pay:
