Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM About the Opportunity A leading global healthcare technology organization is seeking multiple Temporary Upgrade Operations Support Specialists to join its Recipient Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced, process-driven environments and enjoy supporting operational workflows that directly impact customer outcomes. This role will focus on high-volume data entry, lead qualification support, documentation management, and order processing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, systems-savvy, and comfortable working across multiple software platforms while maintaining a high level of accuracy. What You'll Do Lead Qualification Support Review incoming sales leads for completeness and accuracy Enter and update lead information within CRM and internal systems Prepare leads for follow-up by sales and customer support teams Ensure lead data is accurate and properly documented Order Processing Support Assist with transitioning qualified leads into completed orders Enter and maintain order details across multiple systems Verify required documentation is complete and properly captured Support efficient order workflow management Data Entry & System Management Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy Navigate and maintain records across multiple platforms, including: Salesforce Oracle or similar ERP systems DocuSign Healthcare workflow management systems Maintain data integrity and consistency across all systems Documentation & Workflow Support Track and follow up on missing documentation Upload, organize, and validate customer and order records Support standardized workflow processes to ensure timely completion Operational Support Help reduce backlog in lead and order queues Execute repeatable tasks with speed and accuracy Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when appropriate Contribute to overall team efficiency and service-level goals Qualifications Required Experience 1-3+ years of experience in: Data entry Administrative support Operations support Sales support Customer service operations Experience working in high-volume, process-oriented environments Strong computer and data management skills Preferred Experience Salesforce experience strongly preferred Oracle or similar ERP system experience Experience with DocuSign or electronic document platforms Healthcare, medical device, insurance, or related industry experience Experience with healthcare workflow systems such as Brightree is a plus Skills & Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality Comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously Process-oriented mindset with strong follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn new systems and workflows quickly Work Environment Initial training will be conducted onsite in Lone Tree, CO Candidates should expect to work onsite full-time during the training period Potential hybrid schedule available after training (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Professional office environment Why Apply?
