Job Description
Zoomin Groomin is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused team member to help manage client scheduling, appointment confirmations, client communication, and groomer support. This is a hybrid position. While some work may be completed remotely, candidates must be willing to work in person when needed and assist with occasional office responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who has worked in: Pet grooming Mobile grooming Veterinary offices Pet daycare Pet boarding Animal rescue Pet retail Pet industry experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Answer client calls and text messages Confirm appointments Fill schedule openings Work with groomers regarding schedule changes Handle client scheduling requests Follow up with leads and inquiries Review routes and appointment schedules Help maintain an organized scheduling system Assist with client service issues when needed
Requirements:
Strong communication skills Ability to multitask Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and text Comfortable using scheduling software and computers Reliable and responsive during work hours Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Preferred Experience:
Grooming salon experience Former groomer Veterinary receptionist Pet daycare manager Mobile grooming experience MoeGo experience (not required)
Schedule:
Sunday Monday Potential Tuesday coverage Approximately 10-25 hours per week. Hybrid position with both remote and in-person responsibilities.
