Project :
Grid Systems Integration The Planner / Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling project schedules and cost forecasts to ensure successful project delivery across large turnkey projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 (and MS Project as applicable) Build integrated project schedules and cost estimates for tenders and execution Monitor project progress, cost performance, and schedule trends Maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost/schedule risk registers Identify deviations and support corrective actions with project teams Ensure alignment with global planning, WBS, and cost control standards Prepare regular project reports, forecasts, and performance updates Support change order evaluations, claims, and project close-out activities Collaborate with finance, project managers, and functional teams Support cost control activities, including cost tracking and reconciliation Contribute to continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and process optimization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field 5+ years experience in planning/scheduling large turnkey projects Experience in cost control on at least 2 major projects Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and SAP (must-have) Experience in project controls, forecasting, and reporting Skills & Knowledge Strong analytical and organizational skills Understanding of cost control, WBS structures, and project governance Experience in electrification or industrial projects (asset) Ability to analyze schedule and cost performance data Familiarity with risk, claims, and forensic schedule analysis (asset) Strong communication and reporting skills
Pay:
$50.00 - $53.00 per hour
