Job Description:

Internal Opportunity - Operational Support Administrator (Hybrid | Bridgewater/Woodbridge, NJ) We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operational Support Administrator to join our team. This is a hybrid role supporting operations across our Bridgewater and Woodbridge offices , offering strong exposure to internal processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to internal teams Manage data entry, reporting, and tracking within internal systems (Excel/CRM) Support onboarding, documentation, and process coordination Assist with scheduling, file management, and compliance documentation Partner with multiple teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of tasks Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

1-3+ years of administrative, operations, or support experience Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
