Scheduler MaineHealth parental leave United States, Maine, Portland 901 Washington Avenue (Show on map) May 27, 2026 Description 100% Remote Clerical/Administrative Support Req #: 77487 $2,000 sign-on bonus available (prorated for part-time). Not eligible: per diem, current employees, or former employees within 6 months.
Summary:
The Scheduler role is responsible for booking/scheduling procedures and appointments to ensure appropriate continuum of care from pre- through post-procedure care. Monitors procedure room schedules to maximize utilization and efficient patient flow. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications:

Experience:
One year of medical office experience required.
