Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Bilingual Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for clients and staff Communicate with clients by phone and email in both English and Spanish Manage multiple calendars (EMR system) and coordinate provider/staff availability Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications Maintain accurate client records and scheduling information Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally Provide outstanding customer service and support Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Previous scheduling, administrative, medical office, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, positive, and reliable work ethic Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and appointments Ability to work independently and as part of a team
