Senior Scheduler The Personnel Consulting Group - 4.5 New Orleans, LA Job Details 22 hours ago Qualifications Construction industry experience Schedule creation Primavera P6 Full Job Description Senior P6 Scheduler & Project Support Specialist The Personnel Consulting Group is seeking a versatile Senior P6 Scheduler & Project Support Specialist to oversee master project schedules while driving critical construction management workflows. This hybrid role requires a scheduling expert who can seamlessly transition into project support, including managing document controls, tracking QA/QC compliance, and assisting with day-to-day project administration.
Key Responsibilities Advanced Scheduling:
Develop, maintain, and analyze critical path method (CPM) schedules using Primavera P6. Identify variances, perform schedule impact analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
Document Control:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
QA/QC & Field Support:
Coordinate quality assurance/quality control tracking, maintain field inspection logs, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Construction Management:
Assist Project Managers with cost tracking, progress reporting, vendor coordination, and resource forecasting.
Qualifications Software Expertise:
Proficiency in Primavera P6 is strictly required.
Experience:
Proven background in industrial, marine, or civil engineering construction scheduling and project controls.
Core Skills:
Strong foundational knowledge of document control databases and QA/QC workflows.
Attributes:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
