Full Job Description Pay Rate:
$35-40 per hour

3 months contract, potential
FTE Work Mode:
Hybrid 2-3 times a week; at least 6 times per month
Hours:
40 per week
Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure accountability for day-to-day accounting processes and systems, ensuring accurate processing, recording, and reporting of financial information. Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of financial reporting. Assist with the maintenance and improvement of the internal control environment, including adherence to SOX controls and external audit procedures. Ensure daily management activities comply with internal and external control requirements. Adhere to accounting principles and practices, ensuring they are applied in daily work. Delegate, review, approve, and occasionally prepare requests for ad hoc analysis of financial information utilizing operational and financial analytics. Provide leadership and mentoring to accounting staff. Drive the engagement and culture of the team. Consult with management and controllers on processes with financial implications, financial plans, and business performance. Lead teams in identifying opportunities to improve operating efficiency, controls, implement new technologies, develop solutions, achieve consensus for change, and drive projects through implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields. At least 3 years of leadership experience. Ability to drive consistent execution and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a fast-moving professional team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including advanced Excel knowledge. Ability to manage work efficiently. Strong financial and analytical skills. Meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience leading and partnering with colleagues in multiple locations. Ability to manage complex business process issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure on-time delivery. AXEL01
