We provide piano, guitar, voice, and group music programs while creating a welcoming environment where students can grow both musically and personally. We're looking for someone who loves working with families, enjoys staying organized, and wants to become an important part of a small business that's making a positive impact in the community. This is not simply a receptionist position. You'll help families begin their musical journey, support our instructors, and help keep the studio running smoothly every day. Position Overview The Studio Operations & Enrollment Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for many of our students and families.
Your primary responsibilities are:
Managing lesson schedules Assisting students and instructors Responding to new inquiries Following up with prospective families Helping convert leads into enrolled students Supporting community outreach and student performance opportunities Primary ResponsibilitiesStudent & Instructor Scheduling Manage student lesson schedules. Coordinate make-up lessons and rescheduling requests. Communicate schedule changes with instructors and families. Fill open lesson spots and maintain waitlists. Keep the scheduling system accurate and organized. Customer Service Answer incoming phone calls and text messages. Respond to Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and website inquiries. Welcome walk-in families and answer questions. Provide exceptional customer service to current students and parents. Enrollment & Lead Follow-Up Respond quickly to all new inquiries. Schedule tours and trial lessons. Follow up with prospective families until a decision is made. Track leads and maintain simple enrollment records. Help new students through the registration process. Studio Operations Assist instructors with daily needs. Keep the front lobby and common areas organized. Help prepare for recitals and studio events. Assist with basic office organization and supply inventory. Communicate important updates to the studio owner. Community Outreach Help identify local opportunities for students to perform. Build relationships with coffee shops, community events, libraries, and local organizations. Coordinate student participation in community performances. Occasionally capture simple behind-the-scenes photos or videos for social media. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and professional Highly organized Great at communicating with parents and children Comfortable answering phones and sending text messages Reliable and able to work independently Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software Passionate about music, arts, education, or community involvement Previous experience in customer service, education, childcare, front office administration, or music programs is a plus, but not required. Preferred Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets) Social media familiarity (Facebook & Instagram) Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Spanish bilingual preferred, but not required

2:00 PM•7:00 PM (Some flexibility may be available depending on the candidate.)
