Job Summary This position ensures a seamless recruitment process by partnering closely with candidates, Recruiters, and Distribution Center HR Business Partners. The ideal candidate is highlyanized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll act as a central point of coordination facilitating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide diversified, high-volume administrative support to multiple Recruiters and Distribution Center HR teams. Serve as a liaison between Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders. Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews for Distribution Center locations. Draft and issue offer letters to candidates. Initiate and track Pre-Hire Background Checks; adjudicate employment and education-related flags. Collaborate with internal teams (HR Compliance, HR Xpress, Payroll, DC HR) to ensure accurate new hire documentation. Communicate proactively with candidates through email, phone, and text to ensure smooth hiring progress. Maintain applicant flow and manage high-volume candidate transactions within the ATS. Track and update Excel-based candidate pipelines; prepare new hires for Orientation sessions. Effectively manage 100+ candidates weekly during peak hiring periods. Required Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams) required. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong written and verbalmunication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences. What's in this HR Coordinator Specialist position for you?Pay rate:
