Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide operational support for high-volume hourly hiring. Our team ensures candidates receive an outstanding experience while facilitating efficient hiring processes across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

Deliver an exemplary employment brand experience to candidates at all stages of the recruitment process. Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual interviews, as well as manage offer letters and background checks for multiple locations. Act as a liaison among recruiters, HR business partners, and candidates to ensure smooth communication and accurate documentation. Maintain accurate applicant tracking and records, preparing candidates for orientation and managing candidate pipelines in peak periods.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
