Paramus, NJ (hybrid)Contract:
W2 only 5 month initial contract with potential for extension/conversionPay:
$55-$65/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match Overview Provides application support for utility operations systems, primarily MWM and EAM platforms. Acts as liaison between operations teams and IT to ensure system reliability and performance. Supports troubleshooting, data integrity, reporting, and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2/3 application support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis Administer and maintain MWM and EAM systems Track and resolve incidents via ServiceNow Execute configuration changes, upgrades, and patching Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting Support system integrations and data flows Maintain documentation including runbooks and guides Support application setup on Windows and iOS devices Conduct user training and support Perform system health checks and recommend improvements Assist with project implementations and upgrades Participate in on-call rotation Required Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years supporting utility operations applications Experience with MWM and/or EAM systems Strong SQL skills (Oracle and/or SQL Server) Experience with ServiceNow or ITIL processes Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience supporting Windows and iOS environments Strong communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with IFS MWM, HxGN, Kloudgin, or similar AMI/metering systems (Sensus, Itron, Neptune) Experience with APIs and integrations Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell) Agile experience AWS or cloud certifications Why Should I Apply?
