  • PERM Support Team The Role As an Associate, Talent Acquisition Operations on the PERM Support Team, you will support Fidelity's US Immigration program and Talent Acquisition efforts. You will serve as a liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and outside legal counsel, acting as a primary point of contact for all recruiting
  • related functions (screening, scheduling, interviewing and operations) within the permanent residency process.
Expertise and Skills You Bring:
Bachelor's degree is a plus. 1-3 years' experience in TA Operations, Recruiting or Corporate Immigration Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently with a diverse workforce. Ability to function well as part of a geographically distributed team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Highly organized and efficient; skilled at multi-tasking. Experience using MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; SharePoint experience is a plus. Proficiency in web-based recruiting systems preferred; WorkDay experience is required. Demonstrate ownership to resolve candidate issues and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to handle difficult situations with high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to new situations. Willingness to take initiative and work independently. Self-motivated individual with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize. Positive relationship management and influencing skills.
The Value You Deliver:
Input job requisitions for Fidelity hiring managers' full-time roles for job postings. Review resumes and coordinate candidate interviews for hiring managers. Monitor candidate progress through the screening and interview process. Act as the main point of contact for all questions related to the recruiting process for various stakeholders. Provide ongoing immigration support and consultation to managers, associates, and business partners on requirements, processes, and updates. Coordinate internal recruitment processes in connection with Labor Certification/PERM matters. Leverage staffing / operations expertise, organizational knowledge, and sound business judgment to build credibility with candidates, clients, and business partners. The Team This role bridges responsibilities between Fidelity Talent Acquisition and the HR Solutions Immigration teams. Fidelity Talent Acquisition focuses on attracting the best talent to the firm to drive the best business results. The HR Solutions Immigration team enables Fidelity to hire and retain highly skilled Foreign Nationals in the US. The associates and managers we assist contribute to Fidelity's successes globally. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
