Bishop Gadsden at Home is seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused Scheduler to coordinate daily schedules for our Companions and CNAs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and excels at communication, organization, and problem-solving.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain daily caregiver schedules Fill call-outs quickly and efficiently Communicate schedule changes with caregivers, clients, and leadership Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and care Track PTO, call-outs, and tardiness Ensure all schedule updates are accurately entered in Soneto Support onboarding and orientation for new caregivers Collaborate with leadership and care teams to support client needs Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Ability to work on site 5 days per week High school diploma or equivalent required CNA certification a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent time management and attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly to change At least 2 years experience in home care or healthcare scheduling
