Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our metal fabrication shop. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for assisting the operations manager in smooth shop floor operations, and supporting our growth as a start-up company.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing and enhancing daily operational workflows to increase productivity Coordinate inventory, purchasing, and logistics Implement and drive a quality process to ensure good product is being produced Collaborate with leadership to implement processes and continuous improvements. Prepare reports on efficiency, inventory and production Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Be actively involved in problem-solving, and process optimization.

Qualifications:

1-3 years experience in logistics, administration and or operations Metal fabrication experience is preferred Any experience in metal fabrication is highly desirable Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, excel and powerpoint) Any MRP experience is highly desirable Commitment to fostering continuous improvement.

Full-time Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
