Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Expediter (Expo) to act as the communication hub between the kitchen and front-of-house team. This role is critical in ensuring food is delivered accurately, quickly, and with the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Organize and manage the flow of food from kitchen to service Ensure all dishes are prepared correctly and meet presentation standards Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers Double-check orders for accuracy before they leave the line Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line Assist in coordinating timing for large parties and high-volume service Keep tickets running smoothly during peak hours Qualifications Previous expediting experience is a must!
