  • Full-time Office Admin / Operations Coordinator Paradigm Pools — Mount Pleasant / Charleston, SC Paradigm Pools is looking for an organized and dependable Office Admin / Operations Coordinator to help support our growing luxury pool construction company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, multitasking, and helping keep projects and operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Answer phones Help organize schedules, documents, and project files Assist with permitting and administrative tasks Coordinate with homeowners, vendors, and team members Help maintain organization within the office Support daily operations and project flow Requirements Strong organization and communication skills Professional and friendly attitude Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented Basic computer and office software knowledge Construction industry experience is a plus but not required Compensation Flexible depending on experience and schedule Part-time or full-time opportunity available Monday-Friday schedule Growth opportunity within a fast-growing company
